- Maintenance Leadership: Lead, manage, and supervise in-house teams and external contractors for electrical and instrumentation maintenance works.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and availability.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate maintenance records for troubleshooting, history tracking, and performance analysis.
- Troubleshooting & RCA: Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve system reliability.
- Quality & Compliance: Implement maintenance standards and ensure compliance with WSH, EMS, and organizational policies.
- Facility Evaluation: Assess facility operations and support retrofitting, upgrades, and incident response activities.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare technical, progress, and performance reports for management.
- Tender & Contract Management: Develop tender specifications, maintenance contracts, SLAs, and budget proposals.
- Safety Management: Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations; ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Sustainability & Innovation: Implement environmental sustainability initiatives and explore smart facilities management technologies.
- Team Development: Coach staff, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
