Main Duties
Raw meat handling and processing
Perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, portioning, slicing, and processing to specifications
Operate simple processing equipment and machineries such as grinders, choppers, bowl cutters and filler
Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
Cleaning of food processing equipment, tools and production area
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the work environment remains safe and compliant with quality and safety standards
Daily housekeeping duties
Requirements
Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred; but not mandatory
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable working in cold environment (~15C), uniform will be provided

Working hours:
5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: 7am – 6pm, Saturday: 7am - 1pm)
