Company Description Zirconium Digital Sdn. Bhd., founded in 2023, helps Malaysian SMEs and regional partners solve real business problems rather than build technology for its own sake. The company combines custom software development with practical digital transformation consulting, and recommends existing solutions where they already address the need effectively. Operating in a rapidly growing Southeast Asian digital transformation market, Zirconium focuses on SME-specific barriers that differ by country, rejecting one-size-fits-all approaches. The team is expanding beyond Malaysia into Indonesia, Vietnam, and the wider region, offering early-stage flexibility, direct access to decision-makers, and founder-level attention on every engagement. Applicants can expect a collaborative environment that prioritizes thoughtful, tailored solutions over generic checklists.
