Your Contributions:

• Drive production performance by working closely with the production team to achieve key KPIs such as throughput, yield, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Organize, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain production documentation including work instructions, routings, and process flows.
• Analyze production data (e.g., process capability, reliability, control charts) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
• Investigate operational issues, troubleshoot manufacturing problems, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve production yield, reduce waste, and lower overall manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, and Quality to ensure smooth production flow and product readiness.
• Support technical problem solving during critical production situations and lead improvement initiatives across departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while maintaining reliable equipment and stable processes.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials Science, Physics, or related field).
• Preferable experience in optical or precision manufacturing environments. However, fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of optical glass and ceramic manufacturing processes such as grinding, lapping, polishing, CNC machining, and optical measurement techniques.
• Experience with process engineering tools and methodologies such as SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
• Familiarity with optical fabrication technologies, metrology, and surface finishing processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Effective communicator and team player who collaborates well across departments.
• Able to work in a dynamic production environment and respond effectively to urgent operational challenges.
