Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. This role requires an understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry and book keeping
• Handling communications with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Preparing statutory accounts accurately.
• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Accurate bank reconciliation and timely preparations.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• Preparing financial report/statements
• Positive attitude and character
• Can do mentality, eager to learn and grow

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): computer literacy, fast learner, able to communicate with all level of people, Independent. Proficient in Autocount Software is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
