OAS Media is a fast-growing outdoor advertising and licensing company specializing in billboard permits and advertising solutions. We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to help us digitalize our business processes using Zoho CRM, AI tools, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Zoho CRM for the company.
• Build and optimize CRM pipelines for Sales, Licensing, Projects, and Customer Management.
• Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation.
• Import, clean, and manage customer and project data.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Identify inefficient business processes and recommend improvements.
• Create SOPs and train staff on CRM usage.
• Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Research and implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors or developers when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and databases.
• Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in workflow automation is a plus.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
