• Technical Support: Provide regional and hands-on technical support to colleagues.
• IT Asset Management: Manage IT assets and equipment.
• System Administration: Administer and troubleshoot cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure, including M365, Azure, VMWare, Window serves, Database, Linux servers & storage.
• Performance Monitoring: Support performance monitoring, firmware/software upgrades, and security patching for VM Host & clients.
• Collaboration: Work with external vendors and the operation team on application systems and configuration.
• System Integration: Coordinate with the Application/Developer team for application support and integration.
• System Improvement: Participate in IT enhancement projects and provide recommendations to streamline processes.
• Responsible to co-operate and comply with any procedures, instructions, control measures on EHS instituted by the organization.
• Responsible to take reasonable care for the EHS of himself, of other workers and environment.
• Responsible to apply required control measures on managing chemical as per Chemical Management Procedure.
• Responsible to exercise care relevant facilities that are concerning with emergency preparedness and response.
• Responsible to assist EHS personnel on conducting regular monitoring and measuring of EHS performance, such as noise risk assessment, chemical health risk assessment (CHRA), ergonomic risk assessment, etc.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
