About the Role

Voltake Energy Services Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer (Operations Control Centre) to support our Operations & Maintenance team in monitoring renewable energy systems and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system operations through shift-based monitoring.
• Record and maintain system performance logs.
• Collect operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and equipment status.
• Support troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Assist in automation and system update testing.
• Support the Lead Engineer in daily operational activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / IT / Renewable Energy) or related engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant working experience are an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on a shift schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
