Kerja Sepenuh Masa M-E Site Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di Hotayi Electronic (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

· To monitor and report progress of all M&E works and activities

· In charge of all M&E related activities such as Aircond & Mechanical ventilation services, cold & hot water services, sanitary plumbing, firefighting services, electrical and MV & LV, and all other related M&E services

· Liaise sub-contractors including monitoring the progress and follow–up with sub-contractors on approved work.

· Check drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and site installation details.

· Prepare daily reports, inspection records, progress updates, and handover documents.

· Assist in testing and commissioning of M&E systems.

· To coordinate with other ongoing C&S and Architectural works to ensure proper sequencing and smooth execution of construction works

· Reviewing project requirement to identify missing, implied, or omitted works not reflected in the BoQ

· Supporting project teams in ensuring quality, and schedule are achieved

Requirement:

· Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

· Minimum 3-4 years working experience in industrial projects

· Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

· Managing job quality to ensure compliance

· Proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Able to work independently with positive attitude.

· Good understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC cooling systems, HV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
