Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including correspondence, drawings, reports.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all project records are properly updated and filed.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, material requests, delivery schedules, and subcontract documentation.
  • Maintain records of variation orders (VO), requests for information (RFI), site instructions, and other contractual documents.
  • Arrange project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, document control standards, and project documentation requirements.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction, precast, or manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of project documentation and administrative processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
