Job Summary

We are looking for a Grinder / Grinding Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for grinding, surface finishing, and ensuring precision quality of metal components according to production specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate grinding machines (surface grinding / manual grinding) according to production requirements
  • Perform grinding, deburring, and surface finishing on metal components
  • Ensure finished parts meet required quality and dimensional standards
  • Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and production orders when required
  • Inspect finished work using basic measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
  • Maintain machines and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practice)
  • Support other production and machining activities when required

Requirements

  • Age between 25 – 30 years old
  • Experience in grinding, surface finishing, or machining work is an advantage
  • Experience in handling plated, coated, or surface-treated materials is an advantage
  • Able to use basic measuring tools is an advantage
  • Able to read basic technical drawings is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Able to work in a manufacturing / factory environment
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as a team
  • Willing to perform hands-on and physical work

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
