Tanggungjawab

PIE Technician:

  • Assist engineer to support production line relayed issues/ Assist engineer to design jig/fixture as required
  • To review and analysis on process improvement
  • Effectively uses experience and technical knowledge for delivering creative solutions to internal processes and projects
  • Meet department KPI and meet daily output as planning
  • Proactively evaluates and recommends changes to the engineering technical capabilities in response to the organization's shifting needs
  • Required to perform other duties as assigned
  • Update/revise engineering document and perform KAIZEN improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask multiple of improvement
  • Support production issues and look for opportunities of improvement
  • Able to work in shift rotation

QC Technician:

  • Perform in-house inspection on in-process products, and finished goods
  • Utilize tools such as calipers to measure and confirm product dimension and tolerance
  • Ensure inspection and testing equipment is calibrated and in proper working condition
  • Accurately document inspection findings, test data and non-conformances in quality logs or system
  • Prepare and send ORT/REL samples to the lab at the specified frequency

Production Technician:

  • To perform daily serving and cleanliness of the equipment used.
  • To set up the production’s equipment.
  • Any other duties as requested by Superior from time to time.
  • To be responsible in maintaining good housekeeping.
  • To be responsible for feedback to the Production Section if any abnormality is found in the documentation, machine, material or manpower.
  • Authorized stop the process if the document is not right or without document, such as a document without a control copy stamp.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
