Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and proactive Project Sales Engineer with experience. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating with clients and shipyards, and ensuring timely delivery of projects in compliance with technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marine and offshore projects from initiation to completion
- Liaise with ship-owners, shipyards, offshore contractors, and vendors on project requirements
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and technical documentation
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Manage procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers
- Attend site meetings, vessel inspections, and offshore assignments when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, class requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Handle project documentation including reports, variation orders, and handover documents
- Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Support tender preparation, submissions, contract negotiations, costing, project follow-ups and technical proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Achieve individual and team sales KPIs and targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
