Your new role

You will take on a key Management Accounting (MA) role supporting ongoing property development projects. Responsibilities include:

• Managing project accounting and financial reporting
• Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts
• Supporting budgeting and variance analysis
• Working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial tracking

This role offers strong exposure to end-to-end development accounting within a structured and professional environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong audit background with exposure to property development clients
• Experience in project accounting within a property development environment
• Candidates with both audit and commercial experience will have a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
