We are looking for a Senior System Engineer / Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on private cloud, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments, working closely with customers on implementation, optimization, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of cloud infrastructure solutions (private cloud / virtualization platforms)
• Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POC) to validate solutions and customer requirements
• Implement and support cloud platforms, virtualization, and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI)
• Perform installation, configuration, and optimization of cloud environments
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system, storage, and network issues
• Handle system upgrades, migrations, cluster expansion, and disaster recovery activities
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful project delivery and acceptance
• Collaborate with internal teams (support / R&D) for issue escalation and resolution
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer to customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure / system engineering / virtualization
• Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure & Private Cloud deployment
• Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX)
• Experience in POC, solution validation, and technical pre/post-sales support
• Solid understanding of Virtualization technologies, Storage (SAN/NAS / distributed storage such as Ceph) & Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, SDN concepts)
• Experience with Linux administration
