Project Engineer
Responsibility :
Monitoring site in coordinate the works of sub-contractors
To ensure all worker’s implements and follow Project Rules & Regulation,
Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction.
To work out work program / Schedule
Ensure site works are according to drawings, contract specifications and work schedule.
To attend valuation of progress claim (site measurement) with subcontractor
To verify the subcontractors’ claim
To handle health & Safety (conduct HIRARC) & Quality Assurance & NonConformance in the project.
To liaise between clients, authorities and subcontractors
Site surveying & prepare documents for site check list
Liaise with relevant authority for execution of works
Provide guidance to supervisor in relation to site works, ensure progress according to schedule
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
Site Operational Control.
Performance, Measured & Monitoring Procedure.
To establish, implement & update department Procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations & control documentation.
To always aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement.
To prepare department report and present during Monthly Management Meeting.
Authority :
To approves site personnel Leave
To recommend for promotion & Increment
Academic Qualification :
Degree / Diploma in Engineering /utility services or equivalent.
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering/ Utility Services or relevant fields.
Site supervision and/or design experience is compulsory.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure
Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Utility Services
Strong analytical skills.
Leadership style and interpersonal skills suitable for directing, training and motivating subordinate staff.
Able to work independently without close supervision.
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 is add advantage
