Core Responsibilities

Management Structure & Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations for Seletar Aerospace Park properties
• Lead and manage the FMC Core Team including Property Executives, Technicians, Fire Safety Managers, and support staff
• Ensure smooth mobilization and deployment of proposed manpower upon contract award
  
  

Operational Management

• 24/7 Operations: Ensure continuous building systems operation and emergency response capabilities
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems
• Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, service providers, and Corporation-appointed contractors
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Building Systems: Manage M&E services, ACMV systems, electrical installations, fire protection systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, authority regulations, and safety standards
• Digital Services: Utilize CMMS systems and support digital transformation initiatives
  
  

Minimum Qualification

• Education: Degree from a recognized tertiary establishment
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience at FM level
• Portfolio Management: Must have managed accumulated building portfolio of >100,000 sqm in the past 3 years
• Company Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience providing integrated facilities management services with the current company
• Certification: Tier 2 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by SIFMA (alternative to degree requirement)
  
  

Key Performance Areas

• Emergency Response: Provide 24-hour emergency call-out service and incident management
• Tenant Relations: Manage tenant fit-out works, utility connections, and service requests
• Reporting: Submit monthly reports covering financials, customer management, compliance, and performance metrics
• Safety Management: Implement workplace safety programs and emergency response procedures
  
  

Specific Seletar Cluster Properties

The Facilities Manager would oversee properties including Aviation One, Aviation Two, The Oval@SAP, and various Seletar Aerospace Park facilities as shown in the organizational structure. The Facilities Manager is also required to provide cover duty for Changi Cluster when Changi Cluster lead is not onsite.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction.
