Job Description

We are searching for an event assistant who is responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of events.

Here are some common roles and tasks associated with being an event assistant:

• Assist in planning and executing event plans, including venue reservations, equipment procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Manage the logistics of the entire event, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment preparation.
• Actively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with event requirements and monitor project progress.
• Provide operational support during the event, including oversight of setup, guest admission, and resolution of any issues that arise.
• Prepare a post-event report and evaluate the effectiveness of the event based on the set goals.
