Tanggungjawab

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will work closely with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly, and responsive web applications. You will contribute to product development, ensure excellent performance and usability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while keeping up with emerging technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, fully tested front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Implement best practices for front-end architecture, modular coding, and responsive design to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback from users, and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, NextJS, Angular, VueJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS, ES5/6.
  • Proficiency in mobile-responsive design, cross-browser testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Git and source control workflows.
  • Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and post-release support.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
