Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) to support attorneys and legal teams in daily legal operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in legal documentation, research, case management, and compliance, and will be comfortable working in a fully remote environment supporting international legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research using standard legal research tools and databases
- Manage case files, discovery documents, and litigation support materials
- Coordinate court filings, e-filings, and deadline tracking
- Support contract review, compliance documentation, and corporate filings
- Maintain calendars, monitor case deadlines, and ensure timely submissions
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards
- Support trial preparation, depositions, and hearings as required
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience as a Paralegal Associate or similar legal support role
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and procedures
- Experience with legal research and document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal qualification
- Exposure to litigation, corporate law, immigration, or compliance work
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with time tracking, billing, and case management tools
