• Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, and designers) to ensure architectural details align with project requirements
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of architectural works
• with building codes and project requirements
• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Resolve discrepancies or conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings
• Assist in value engineering by recommending alternative materials, designs, or construction methods to improve cost efficiency
• Ensure all architectural elements are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to check for compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations, URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) guidelines, and other local authorities
• Ensure all work follows Singapore's construction standards, including BCA's Code of Practice
• Prepare and submit necessary architectural-related documents and reports for regulatory approval
• Ensuring workmanship quality and timely progress
• Address technical issues and site constraints by liaising with consultants and contractors
• Monitor and coordinate rectification works for defects and non-conformances
• Ensure proper documentation of architectural works, including as-built drawings, material submissions, and warranty documents
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
• 3 -5 years of relevant experience in MRT Projects
• Required skill(s): AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp
