Role & responsibilities

• We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in IT/tech hiring. This role is fully remote and offers a fixed salary plus attractive incentives.
• Source and screen candidates for tech roles (Developers, Engineers, Product, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Maintain talent pipeline and update internal tracking tools

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in technology hiring (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
