Key Responsibilities

Data Governance

• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and data quality standards.
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and lineage across business and technology domains.
• Implement and monitor data quality metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency of key data elements.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure compliance with data policies and regulatory data requirements.
• Support data classification, metadata management, and audit processes.

Regulatory Reporting

• Oversee the end-to-end process of regulatory reporting to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Interpret and apply local and international reporting standards, such as MAS 610/1003, Basel III/IV, IFRS, and BCBS 239.
• Liaise with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to reconcile and validate data used in regulatory submissions.
• Maintain data lineage documentation to trace source-to-report mapping for audit and compliance.
• Support automation and optimization of reporting workflows using tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.
