What you will be doing:
Manage Cashier and counter duties
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of customer receipts.
Update tracking list for refund of permit deposit for all division
Checking system generated notice
Review and recommend house visit cases, monitoring and updates outcome of visits.
Co-ordinate legal actions, court hearing and documents with law firm
Attend to residents over counter, email and letter reply on all arrears and finance matters
Conduct General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies on a timely basis.
You are:
Ability to handle and respond to residents' queries on arrears and finance matters.
Experience in managing and reconciling counter cash.
Skill in updating tracking lists for arrears cases and permit deposit refunds across all divisions.
Capable of checking and verifying system-generated notices.
Ability to manage cashier responsibilities and handle counter duties efficiently
