Job Description Summary

Handles finance tasks, admin support, record management, and ensures smooth office operations and compliance.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Manage Cashier and counter duties

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of customer receipts.

  • Update tracking list for refund of permit deposit for all division

  • Checking system generated notice

  • Review and recommend house visit cases, monitoring and updates outcome of visits.

  • Co-ordinate legal actions, court hearing and documents with law firm

  • Attend to residents over counter, email and letter reply on all arrears and finance matters

  • Conduct General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies on a timely basis.

You are:

  • Ability to handle and respond to residents' queries on arrears and finance matters.

  • Experience in managing and reconciling counter cash.

  • Skill in updating tracking lists for arrears cases and permit deposit refunds across all divisions.

  • Capable of checking and verifying system-generated notices.

  • Ability to manage cashier responsibilities and handle counter duties efficiently
