Position Overview

We are looking for a resourceful, hands-on Part-Time Event Operations Executive who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical production and on-ground execution. If you are a master multitasker who understands print production, can tweak design files on the fly, and knows how to manage event setups from start to finish, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Job & Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple event execution tasks simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Technical Artwork Prep: Handle quick, last-minute Adobe Illustrator (AI) adjustments on artwork files to ensure they are print-ready.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise closely with printers, fabrication teams and carpenters to ensure precise execution of event materials.
• On-Site Supervision: Manage on-ground operations, setup, and teardown during event days.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI) is required for routine file and layout adjustments.
• Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of printing materials, specifications, and finishes (e.g., tarp, stickers, acrylic, backdrop structures).
• Execution Mindset: Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve under pressure, and manage multiple vendors efficiently.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late nights depending on event setup schedules.

Bonus Points (Highly Valued):

• An existing, reliable network/contact list of local printers, carpenters, production vendors, and suppliers.
