MES Technician

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of MEs software within the manufacturing environment.
• Provide support to the production floor by troubleshooting and resolving MEs-related technical issues.
• Monitor the system's performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
• Perform routine system checks and ensure that the MEs system is running smoothly without disruptions
• Assist in the installation of patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure the system's health.
• Provide first-level support to end users on MEs functionality, helping to resolve issues in real-time.
• Assist in training new employees and conducting refresher training for existing staff on MES operations and best
• practices.
• Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with senior engineers and operational teams to develop
• improvement plans.
• Help implement new MES features or enhancements to increase production efficiency.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in IT or related field.
• MES system or system maintenance/development experience.
• Proficient in using computers, mastering SQL statements.
• Proficient in using Server and Oracle databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
