We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development Team. If you enjoy meeting people, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term business relationships, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government and private sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic partners
• Arrange and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product introductions
• Work closely with the Technical Sales and Project teams to develop complete customer solutions
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, tender documentation, and business presentations
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends
• Represent Hydroaxys at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events
• Maintain accurate CRM records and business development activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Environmental Science, Marine Science , Aquaculture , Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must possess a valid driving license
• Comfortable working at our Cheras Selatan (Balakong) office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable meeting clients and travelling when required

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
