Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Subcontract Coordinator to manage and monitor subcontract manufacturing activities. The successful candidate will coordinate with suppliers, Purchasing, Production, QC, and other departments to ensure materials and subcontract processes are completed according to schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate subcontract manufacturing activities.
• Send drawings and technical documents to subcontractors.
• Follow up on job progress and delivery schedules.
• Update subcontract tracking records in system.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing subcontract materials.
• Follow up on overdue jobs and resolve delivery issues.
• Collect required quality documents (Mill Cert, RoHS, etc.).
• Prepare weekly subcontract status reports.
• Communicate with internal departments and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, subcontract coordination, purchasing, or production planning.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
