Job Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager & Support QA team members
• Prepare sample for customer
• Conduct internal testing
• Conduct testing of materials
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues
• Participate in complaints investigation, failure analysis, Non-conformance report reply
• Participate in the internal audit functions, customer audit, ISO 9001, ISO14001 audit preparation before Certification Body audit
• Monitor QA lab activities and follow up. Ensure the Laboratory of equipment’s is in good condition with calibrated.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in quality management or equivalent
• Basic QA knowledge and measuring skill.
• At least 1 year experience in QA and handling ISO-related matters
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
