Job Description

• Design and analyze fire protection systems, including sprinklers, foam, water spray, hydrants, hose reels, alarms, and smoke control systems.
• Conduct fire protection assessments and analysis to ensure compliance with UBBL, MS, and NFPA standards.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including detailed reports, specifications, and design drawings.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and proposals, ensuring that fire protection designs align with overall project goals and sustainable design principles.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations and technologies, and recommending improvements to our internal processes

Requirements :

• bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of fire protection systems
• Expertise in the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), Malaysian Standards (MS), and NFPA standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing systems is required
• Proven experience in fire protection system design and calculation.
• Proficiency in FHC (Fire Hydraulic Calculation) software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong Project management skills, technical writing and communication abilities, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
