Sepenuh Masa Facility Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,500 in KAIFA TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Senai - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1、To ensure preventive maintenance & update maintenance checklist for all facility systems are carried out according to schedule as routine job
2、To supervise & monitor all facility systems operations & uptime which include ACMV System (Air Conditioning Mechanical & Ventilation), Air Compressor System, Electrical Systems & others equipment
3、To work on improvement projects for entire plant facility systems.
4、To supervise renovation, upgrading & equipment hook up installation work and ensure on-time delivery as per contract requirements.
5、To guide technician into troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing of facility equipment.
6、To co-ordinate all facility projects implementation.
7、To ensure facility system and working environment are compliant to EHS requirement

Requirement :

1、Minimum3 years’ working experience in facility maintenance & operation.

2、Good supervisory skills and able to lead the Facility team to meet company’s goals

3、Well exposed in electrical system & able to read electrical circuit diagram and also equipment fault troubleshooting.

4、Good understanding and exposure of facility system operations and maintenance.

5、Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and in a safely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
