Job Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Handling imports and export shipment.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree Logistics, Business Studies /Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Preferably, minimum 3 years working experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• The candidate with forklift operator's license is preferable or have ability and skill to operate forklift.
• The candidate with ERP skill is preferable.
• Detail oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
