Role: Supervisor Warehouse

Responsibility

A Warehouse Supervisor who responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff. A Warehouse Supervisors also responsible to handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported. They might also train new workers and ensure their performance is adequate.

Scope

General and Task Management

1. Supervise deliveries of good into warehouse.

2. Supervising staff and monitoring work processes.

3. Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.

4. Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own a safety of others.

Inspecting Materials

1. Warehouse operators check the quantity and quality of materials that a warehouse receives and sends out.

2. Performs receiving for incoming material and transfer physical material from one location to another.

3. Inventory storage safety, including the movement of heavy items.

Self-Management

1. Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmetal Policies.

2. Consistently manages the task.

3. Self- aware, resilient, optimistic and open to change.

Skills and Attributes

1. Reporting team and individual performance to human resources and senior management.

2. Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
