RESPONSIBILITIES:

Invoice & Billing Preparation
- Prepare, generate, and issue customer invoices accurately within the required timeline. Verify billing information and pricing details before issuance, while ensuring all invoicing records and related documentation are properly maintained.

Accounts Receivable & Payment Monitoring
- Monitor the status of issued invoices and maintain records of outstanding customer payments.
- Assist in following up on overdue invoices, coordinate with customers and internal departments on billing-related matters, and support the resolution of billing discrepancies when required.

Administrative, Documentation & Departmental Support
- Perform data entry, document control, filing, and record management activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance and Logistics Departments.

General Office Administration
- Support general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, correspondence, and document organization.
- Ensure company records are properly maintained and readily accessible while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Ad-Hoc Duties
- Undertake any other administrative, operational, or support duties assigned by Management from time to time to ensure efficient business operations and departmental effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Possess a Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Responsible and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
