Tanggungjawab

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update personnel files and HR records.
  • Ensure proper filing and document organisation.
  • Prepare standard HR forms and letters.

2. Attendance & Leave Administration

  • Update attendance and leave records.
  • Monitor medical certificates and leave applications.
  • Follow up on missing attendance information.

3. Recruitment Support

  • Screen resumes and arrange interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate communication.
  • Prepare onboarding documents.

4. Employee Support

  • Assist employees with basic HR inquiries.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

5. Payroll Support

  • Compile payroll information and supporting documents.
  • Update overtime, claims, and attendance data.

6. Training & HR Activities

  • Arrange training logistics and attendance records.
  • Support staff engagement events and activities.

7. Filing & Compliance

  • Maintain confidential HR documentation.
  • Ensure HR documents are properly archived and traceable.

8. Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or special assignments as directed by Management from time to time in accordance with operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field

2. Minimum of 1 year working experience in HR, fresh graduates are welcome

3. Experience working in a Healthcare Industry is an added advantage

4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Proficient in written and spoken of Bahasa and English

6. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

7. Proactive and Creative in delivery task

8. High ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
