RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and support the daily operations of assigned stores & outlets.
• Ensuring smooth operations on the respective in charged stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• To train, guide & coach service staff including counseling whenever required.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and overall productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered across all stores.
• Analyze sales reports, identify business opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to execute promotions, new product launches, and company initiatives.
• Performs other assignment as defined & delivered by the Management.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years experience working as Merchandiser or other related role
• Experience in retail, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
• Willing to travel within klang valley and outstation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
