Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and closing deals We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting industry-leading battery solutions across various markets.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities
• Promote and sell battery products to retail, commercial, industrial, and fleet customers
• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable battery solutions based on customer requirements
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales cycle
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and after-sales support requirements
• Maintain regular communication with clients to identify future opportunities and strengthen partnerships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Identify opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within CRM systems
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for management
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and product-related issues
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in batteries, automotive parts, electrical products, industrial equipment, or related industries is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of automotive, industrial, solar, lithium, or related battery products
• Understanding of battery specifications, charging systems, and maintenance
• Strong customer service and account management abilities
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with technical or industrial products
