Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PTC Windchill Solution Architect / Techno-Functional Lead to lead end-to-end PLM solution design, implementation, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in PTC Windchill and extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale PLM implementations across complex global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using PTC Windchill.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle Windchill implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for product development and engineering workflows.
• Drive adoption of standard PLM processes and best practices across business units.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Sales, Finance, and IT teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between Windchill, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Review technical designs, code, workflows, and architecture to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Lead data migration, system integration, and change management activities.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Manage project stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience working in global, geographically distributed teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
