Tanggungjawab

  • Provide L3 production support for multiple enterprise applications including ACT, NGR, 3PP, CPBT, and RRM.
  • Develop new enhancements and features for existing applications.
  • Analyze and fix production issues requiring code changes and optimization.
  • Perform housekeeping and maintenance activities for applications.
  • Conduct sanity checks after deployments to ensure application stability.
  • Manage code deployments from Development to Test and Test to UAT environments.
  • Prepare technical documentation for new developments and production deployments.
  • Monitor and manage technical debt across applications.
  • Work with Snowflake for data management and integration activities.
