Job Summary

Support the legal and accounts teams by managing invoicing, payment processing, financial record keeping, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices and payment receipts to support financial transactions and maintain up-to-date accounting records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate financial flow
• Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
• Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and oversee office operations to support daily administrative functions
• Provide administrative assistance to legal secretaries and accounts staff to enhance team productivity
• Perform additional duties assigned by the firm to support overall office efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in accounting and administration to support financial and office management tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to perform documentation and communication tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external contacts
