Join De Prezzo and help bring the best of Italy to Singapore. De Prezzo is a leading importer and distributor of premium Italian food and beverage brands in Singapore.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused person to handle customer service and coordinate orders.

Key responsibilities process customer orders received via WhatsApp, email, and phone, provide excellent customer service coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely deliveries, liaise with customers and sales team prepare quotations, order confirmations, and invoices.

Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, maintain accurate records, and support the team with general admin tasks.

We are looking for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in customer service, order processing is an advantage. Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
