Working Hours / Location
Working Days: 4 days work with 2 days off
Working Hours: 10pm to 9am (1 hour meal break)
Location: Thomson-Sin Ming Ave; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the processing application of card applications
Ensure that each application is correctly processed
Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
