Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support building and facilities maintenance projects by managing site coordination, documentation, and communication with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth progress of building and facilities maintenance projects
- Prepare and submit daily reports and progress photos to document project status and issues
- Manage filing and organization of project documents including safety paperwork and claim documents
- Follow up with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and material delivery
- Track materials and resources to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Support project close-out activities by compiling final documentation and reports
- Use basic Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp to communicate and manage project information
- Visit project sites as needed to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Maintain responsibility and organization under pressure to meet project deadlines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or project coordination roles
- Experience in building maintenance, A&A works, facilities management, waterproofing, painting, general building repair, or project administration coordination
