Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to support data integration initiatives across Salesforce and external systems. The role focuses on data mapping, integration support, and testing within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Support data mapping between Salesforce and external systems using APIs to ensure accurate data integration
• Analyse data structures, fields, and relationships across platforms to identify integration requirements and issues
• Prepare and maintain detailed data mapping documents and integration specifications for cross-team use
• Review API payloads such as JSON and XML to validate data formats and support integration accuracy
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating data and tracking defects
• Assist in gathering and documenting integration requirements to align technical solutions with business needs
• Collaborate effectively with Salesforce, integration, and business teams to facilitate smooth data workflows
• Identify data issues during integration processes and support timely resolution to maintain data integrity

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, integration, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills applied to data validation and integration tasks
• Experience working with structured data and performing validation across multiple systems
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and data models to support integration activities
• Familiarity with Excel, JSON, or XML for data review and manipulation
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Interest or exposure to Salesforce, integration, or enterprise systems
