Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Executive, Process Improvement (Warehouse) di 7-Eleven Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

This role will be working under our logistics partner SEM ALP Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd at our warehosue Bukit Raja, Klang.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps; propose practical solutions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity
• Work closely with warehouse operations team to implement process changes and ensure adoption
• Conduct time-motion studies and workflow analysis 8. Drive cost reduction initiatives (labour optimization, space utilization, process automation)
• Support implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Train warehouse staff on new processes and best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field 2. 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools (certification is an advantage)
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment
