Job Responsibilities

• Data Warehouse Construction: Build and optimize the group-level public data warehouse (both batch and real-time), and consolidate unified data assets.
• Tagging System Leadership: Lead the development of the label/tagging system, building both real-time and offline tagging capabilities to support business campaigns and precise user targeting.
• Feature Engineering: Design and develop user and product feature stores, collaborating closely with the algorithm/AI team to drive the implementation of personalized recommendations and intelligent applications.
• Data Modeling: Deeply understand business requirements to execute data warehouse modeling and data assetization design, ensuring high reusability and scalability of the data platform.
• Data Quality Assurance: Build robust systems for data cleaning, quality monitoring, and alerting to continuously improve the accuracy, reliability, and stability of data delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development. Highly proficient in SQL with extensive experience in SQL optimization. Familiar with big data computing engines such as SparkSQL.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse and BI systems, mastering core concepts such as ETL processes, DW architecture, OLAP, and multidimensional modeling.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java), with strong software engineering capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Kafka, Trino, Doris, TiDB) is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent logical thinking and learning abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the proven ability to independently drive the resolution of complex problems.
