Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field from an accredited institution. 

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations Research) is a plus. 

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations engineering within a manufacturing environment. 

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, inventory management, and transportation optimization. 

Skills & Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of material flow analysis, warehouse design, inventory optimization techniques, and transportation management strategies. 

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex logistics data, identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and develop effective, data-driven solutions. 

• Strong capability to design, implement, and monitor process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and fostering strong cross-functional teamwork. 

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

3 Years and above in relevant working Experience 

• Analyze existing material flow, warehousing, and transportation processes within manufacturing operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. 

• Design, develop, and implement optimized logistics processes, layouts, and automation solutions (e.g., AGVs, automated storage/retrieval systems) to enhance productivity and reduce waste. 

• Conduct capacity planning, simulation, and lean studies to optimize material handling and storage. Lead initiatives to optimize warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and material handling procedures for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. 

• Implement and improve inventory management strategies (e.g., JIT, Kanban, safety stock optimization) to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs. Drive improvements in inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventories, and WMS optimization.
