Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Singapore. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements, propose suitable engineered solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, responding to technical questions, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product specifications, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and application guidance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present technical information clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field are beneficial.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, industrial, or engineering sectors, and familiarity with compliance and quality requirements, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and projects, and use CRM or sales tools effectively is preferred.
