We are looking for passionate and experienced swim instructors to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swim Instructor to teach swimming lessons to children and adults of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and safe learning environment. You will work closely with students to improve their swimming abilities while maintaining a focus on safety and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality swim lessons that align with our curriculum
• Instruct swimmers on proper techniques for various strokes, water safety, and survival skills
• Provide individual feedback and guidance to students to help them progress
• Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a vigilant watch during lessons
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress
• Prepare students for swim assessments and certification exams
• Set up and clean up pool areas before and after lessons
• Adhere to all safety and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM
• Able to speak English fluently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work on both weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No Coaching Experience Needed
