Recruitment & Hiring

• Contact candidates to arrange interviews.
• Update and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires.

Employee Records & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
• Organize and file HR documents systematically.

Training & Development

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs.
• Collect and compile training evaluation forms.

Payroll & Benefits Support

• Update employee attendance and leave records.

HR Reporting & Projects

• Assist in preparing monthly headcount reports.
• Update organizational charts and employee databases.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Conduct basic HR research and benchmarking exercises.

Security Industry Exposure (JLG Securitas)

• Monitor foreign worker permit, passport, and visa expiry dates.
• Assist in onboarding newly hired security personnel.
• Maintain employee files for operational sites.
• Support manpower planning and deployment documentation.

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
